Dope Fairy Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through dopefairy.com, operated by The Holland Seven LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Refund & Return Policy.
1. Shipping Restrictions (THCA Compliance Notice)
We ship only to U.S. states where hemp-derived THCA products are permitted under applicable law. We do not ship to the following states due to state-level restrictions: Idaho, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Minnesota, Hawaii, and Utah. Orders placed to these states will be cancelled and refunded.
Due to evolving enforcement priorities or carrier limitations, we may restrict or pause shipping to additional jurisdictions at our discretion, including Alaska, Colorado, Montana, Washington (county-dependent), and South Carolina.
Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with their state and local laws. We are not responsible for orders seized, delayed, refused, or declined due to jurisdictional restrictions.
2. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within one to three business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Pacific Time may begin processing the following business day. Processing times may be extended due to high order volume, weather events, supply-chain disruptions, or address verification issues.
3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We ship using UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, and other approved ground carriers as permitted by destination and compliance requirements. Expedited shipping may be available at checkout when offered. International shipping is not available.
4. Age Verification
Certain orders may require age verification prior to shipment. If age verification is required, you will be notified by email and your order may be held pending verification. Orders that fail verification will be cancelled and refunded.
5. Risk of Loss, Delivery Issues, and Seizures
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer. This includes, but is not limited to, lost or stolen packages, misdelivered packages, carrier delays, weather-related delays, packages marked delivered but not received, and packages held, inspected, or seized by carriers or authorities.
We do not refund or replace packages lost or stolen after a delivery scan. Customers must file claims directly with the carrier. Documentation will be provided upon request.
6. Incorrect Addresses and Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information. Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, missing unit numbers, customer refusal, or undeliverable status may be eligible for store credit minus shipping costs, provided the product is unopened. Returned packages are not automatically reshipped.
Returned packages that are unopened and received back by us may, at our discretion and consistent with applicable law, be eligible for store credit only, less original shipping costs. Cash refunds are not issued for undeliverable packages.
7. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, a tracking number, and a link to real-time tracking. Tracking updates may take up to twenty-four hours to appear.
8. Heat, Storage, and Handling Disclaimer
Hemp-derived products are sensitive to heat, humidity, and handling conditions. We are not responsible for heat exposure during transit, oxidation or color changes, melted concentrates or gummies, aroma or terpene degradation, or improper storage after delivery. Customers are advised to bring packages indoors promptly upon delivery.
9. Signature Requirement
A signature upon delivery may be required based on order value, product type, age-restricted items, verification concerns, or delivery risk assessment. If a signature is required and the recipient is unavailable, the customer is responsible for coordinating re-delivery directly with the carrier.
10. PO Boxes
Only USPS can deliver to PO Boxes. Selecting a carrier that does not support PO Box delivery may result in delays or failed delivery.
11. Order Changes After Checkout
Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we cannot modify shipping addresses, shipping methods, items, or quantities. Requests must be made immediately after purchase and are not guaranteed.
12. Pre-Orders and Subscriptions
Pre-orders, subscriptions, and special purchase options are governed by our Purchase Options and Cancellation Policy. Fulfillment dates are estimates only and may change due to supply availability or compliance requirements.
13. Legal Compliance
All shipments comply with the 2018 Agriculture Improvement Act, applicable state and local laws, carrier rules and restrictions, and age-verification requirements. We reserve the right to cancel, hold, or refuse shipments to maintain legal and regulatory compliance.
