Dope Fairy Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

This Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy applies to subscription purchases, pre-orders, trial programs, and any special purchase options offered on dopefairy.com, operated by The Holland Seven LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. By placing an order using any purchase option described below, you agree to this policy.

1. Subscriptions

Certain products may be offered on a recurring subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method based on the frequency disclosed at checkout. Payment information is stored securely by our payment processor. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.

You may manage, modify, or cancel a subscription at any time before the next billing date using the subscription management links provided in your order confirmation emails or account dashboard. Once a subscription order has entered processing or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Subscription orders are subject to our Refund & Return Policy. Products that have been opened, used, or consumed are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow customers to reserve products that are not yet available for immediate shipment. Payment terms, including whether a deposit, full payment, or payment authorization is required, are disclosed at checkout. Your payment method may be stored to complete payment when the product becomes available.

Pre-orders are fulfilled automatically once inventory is available. Pre-orders may be cancelled prior to fulfillment. Once a pre-order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and is subject to our Refund & Return Policy. Consumable products remain non-returnable once opened.

3. Try-Before-You-Buy Programs

Certain non-consumable products may be offered under a try-before-you-buy program. Hemp flower, pre-rolls, concentrates, THCA or THC consumables, ingestible items, and perishable products are not eligible for try-before-you-buy programs.

Under a try-before-you-buy program, your payment method is authorized at checkout but not charged immediately. You will receive the product and have a disclosed evaluation period. If the product is retained beyond the trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically.

To avoid charges, eligible items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original condition before the trial period ends. Once the trial period expires, all sales are final.

4. Limitations and Enforcement

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any purchase option at any time, consistent with applicable law and processor requirements. We may cancel orders or subscriptions, or suspend accounts, in cases of abuse, suspected fraud, payment failure, or compliance concerns. Violations of this policy may result in enforcement action under our Terms of Service.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
