REFUND & RETURN POLICY
This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through dopefairy.com, operated by The Holland Seven LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy is incorporated into and must be read together with our Terms of Service and Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Return Eligibility Window
Eligible return requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the delivery date as indicated by carrier tracking. Requests submitted outside this window will not be approved.
2. Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused, unconsumed, and in their original, sealed packaging. Products that have been opened, used, altered, or partially consumed are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Due to the nature of hemp-derived products, all sales are final once packaging has been opened.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- opened or used products
- products damaged due to heat exposure after delivery
- products affected by improper storage
- items seized, held, or destroyed by carriers or authorities
- items lost or stolen after a delivery scan
- orders placed to restricted jurisdictions
Carrier-returned packages due solely to undeliverable or incorrect address information, if unopened and returned to us, may be eligible for store credit only, less original shipping costs, as described in our Shipping Policy.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Store credit may be issued only if selected by the customer, required by product condition, or permitted by applicable law. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Claims for items that are damaged upon arrival or incorrect must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Supporting documentation may be required. Claims submitted outside this window may be denied.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before processing begins. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel orders for age-verification failure, restricted destinations, payment issues, suspected fraud, or compliance concerns.
8. Seized, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer. We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, marked delivered but not received, or seized by carriers or authorities. Carrier claims must be filed directly by the customer.
9. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within seven (7) business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Posting times vary by financial institution and payment processor, including Shopify Payments where applicable.
10. Compliance and Final Authority
We reserve the right to deny any return or refund request that does not comply with this policy, our Terms of Service, or applicable law. All determinations are made in a commercially reasonable manner consistent with legal and regulatory requirements.
