This Customer Support & Contact Policy applies to all customers of dopefairy.com, operated by The Holland Seven LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how to contact us, expected response times, and how customer support inquiries are handled.

Our customer support team assists with inquiries related to orders, shipping status, delivery issues, returns and refunds, subscription management, account access, product information, and general questions about our policies. Support does not include legal advice, medical advice, or interpretations of state or local cannabis or hemp laws.

Certain requests, including damage claims, incorrect item claims, and delivery disputes, may require supporting documentation such as photographs, carrier tracking screenshots, or written statements. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial of the claim.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse support to individuals who engage in abusive, threatening, harassing, or fraudulent behavior, or who misuse support channels. Such actions may also result in account suspension or order cancellation, consistent with applicable law and our Terms of Service.

9. Policy Alignment

Customer support actions are governed by and must comply with our Terms of Service, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy, and applicable law. Support agents do not have authority to override published policies.
